Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

Effective energy boost

This is the best cost-effective and most effective vitamin B supplement I've ever encountered. It combines ingredients that are uncommon in Japan, and it outperforms energy drinks sold in drugstores that are less than 500 yen. It makes me feel better, and when I take potassium the day after overindulging, I don't experience swelling at all, allowing me to wake up feeling normal.

Mouth ulcers resolved

I take one tablet a day, mainly after breakfast. I used to have a tendency to develop mouth ulcers, particularly before my period, and my gums would be swollen. However, after taking this, I was astonished at the results! I was genuinely concerned, but now I’m quite pleased! Other pre-menstrual symptoms like headaches and severe stiffness in my shoulders have vanished remarkably. I've also noticed I've started to sweat more. Could this indicate an improvement in my metabolism? The size and smell of the capsules didn't bother me. I've never experienced a niacin flush as I’ve not taken it on an empty stomach. Overall, it seems my physical condition has improved dramatically, and I will definitely repurchase it!

It truly works! Although it has a slight smell, one gets used to it. I take one tablet each morning and one in the evening, and since I commenced taking this, I no longer catch colds during seasonal changes, which was previously a recurring issue! I also feel great about my skin!

Cold prevention success

I have a vitamin B deficiency, and the doctor advised me to take the vitamin B complex periodically. However, I experienced an allergy to some brands. I genuinely appreciate this complex, taking one capsule before bedtime. After three weeks, my doctor confirmed that my biochemistry was excellent. I recommend taking it at the end of autumn for at least one month, as it significantly reduces the likelihood of catching a cold or flu during winter. For three years, consuming it each December has kept me free from colds.

However, after taking this complex, I felt revitalised and clear-headed in the mornings. The quality is excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
